Where we solve what off-the-shelf equipment cannot: custom-built antennas, radio links across difficult terrain, electronics developed from scratch, and repairs on devices others call beyond repair.

Five areas of work

Radio communication

Wireless links for video, alarms and data where cable is impossible or too expensive.

  • Point-to-point and point-to-multipoint radio links
  • Path planning and link budget before installation
  • Backup radio channel for alarm signalling when the network fails

Antennas

We build antennas to order: for the exact frequency, range and site, when a standard catalogue antenna does not deliver a good enough signal.

  • Custom antenna design and build: Yagi, panel, helical, dipole and omnidirectional
  • Antennas for radio links, repeaters, IoT sensors and GSM/LTE signal boosting
  • Matching (SWR), gain and radiation pattern measurement before installation
  • Antenna masts, mounts, cabling and lightning protection on site

Power supply

Systems that keep working without mains power: from a UPS in the control room to fully autonomous sites.

  • Solar power with batteries for remote cameras and repeaters
  • UPS and backup power for security systems
  • PoE power and remote consumption monitoring

Electronics

When the device you need does not exist, we develop it: from schematic and circuit board to installation on site.

  • Electronics developed from scratch: schematic, printed circuit board (PCB), prototype and series
  • Interfaces between systems from different manufacturers
  • Microcontrollers and sensor nodes for remote monitoring

Electronics repair

We repair electronics down to component level, instead of an expensive replacement of the whole device or module.

  • Board diagnostics and repair, component by component
  • Automotive, industrial and home electronics
  • Replacing discontinued parts with equivalents

Electronics repair from scratch

When the manufacturer says a device cannot be repaired, or the spare part costs more than a new unit, we open the board. We find the faulty component, replace it and test the device before returning it.

Automotive electronics

  • Engine control units (ECU) and comfort modules
  • Instrument clusters and displays
  • Sensors, actuators and wiring harnesses
  • Vehicle charging and power electronics

Industrial electronics

  • PLC modules, I/O cards and operator panels
  • Frequency inverters and servo drives
  • Industrial power supplies and UPS units
  • Machine and sensor control boards

Home electronics

  • Boards of household appliances
  • Control boards for boilers, air conditioners and pumps
  • Power supplies, chargers and adapters
  • Intercoms, alarm panels and DVR recorders
  1. Inspection and diagnostics
  2. Quote before repair
  3. Component-level repair
  4. Testing and return of the device

Where it is used

  • Video from sites without cable

Car parks, construction sites, pumping stations and entry barriers far from the main building.

  • Alarms that must not fail

A second, radio channel for fire or intrusion alarms when the internet or phone line goes down.

  • Sensors in the field

Gas, temperature or water level monitoring in places without power, reporting to the monitoring system.

From idea to site

  1. Requirement

Location, distance, what needs to be sent and how long it must run without mains power.

  2. Prototype

Calculations, build and a first version in the lab.

  3. Measurements

Testing range, power consumption and durability before going on site.

  4. Installation

Mounting on site and connecting to the building’s other systems.

Got a technical challenge or a device to repair?

Describe the site that cable cannot reach, the antenna you need, or the device that has stopped working. We will come back with a proposed solution or a repair quote.
